"Khaki" after being rescued by Desi with Where Angels Run from life on a chain. She could barely stand or walk when first rescued. Simply Chained and basically Forgotten.

Dogs should be kept indoors, especially at night and have a large, securely fenced backyard to run in when outside. They should be taken on regular walks, and otherwise provided with Adequate Attention, Food, Water, Shelter and Veterinary Care.

If you know of a dog spending it's life "Chained and Forgotten" in someone's backyard, please do something to help it.  Chaining a dog is not Humane.  It is unspeakably cruel to the dog.  Please Help!
